Due to the nature of lino prints, the print you receive may have imperfections. If I think the imperfection is noteworthy, I will contact you before I pack your order.

This is a reduction print of Castlewellen Lake, in County Down of Northern Ireland. It depicts the forest and sky reflected in the lake from the far end.
It is part of an edition of 15, and is made of waterbased block printing ink printed on heavy weight cartridge paper. The print is A4 in size, printed on A3 paper. They are all handsigned.
Reduction prints are made by carving a layer into the lino, printing a series of copies of that layer, and then carving the next layer into the same block of lino, and printing it on top of the last one. This process is repeated a number of times until the picture is finished, and a limited edition of prints has been created.
